How secure is the Just Retro web site?
Our site uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure that all sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - is encrypted. Credit card payments are processed in real time by an approved transaction handler, and we do not retain your card details on our system.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit or debit card and Paypal . You can pay using any of the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, UK Maestro, Solo, Delta or Visa Electron.
 
How are delivery costs calculated?
Delivery costs are based on the weight of each item, plus the packaging materials used. The weight of all the items in your order are automatically added together to arrive at the total postage and packaging cost. This is displayed on the basket page whenever you add items to your order.
 
How long will delivery take?
Packages are despatched within 7 days (stock allowing), but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail Parcel post. Delivery will usually take 4-7 working days. High value or very large/heavy packages may be sent by courier. Please allow additional time for delivery during the busy Christmas period.

Express Delivery is by courier service. Delivery will normally be attempted within 2 working days. Deliveries will require a signature, please ensure delivery address details are provided at ‘check-out’ with additional details if packages are to be left elsewhere.

Please be aware that once an order has been despatched , delivery is handled by a 3rd party (Royal Mail or Courier). While we will do our best to investigate and resolve any delivery problems, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by external companies beyond our reasonable control.

In some circumstances, deliveries to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other offshore locations may incur a delivery surcharge. The surcharge applies to Express Delivery orders, or for other packages which require courier delivery. Details of any applicable delivery surcharge will be provided during the checkout process. You will be given the option to accept the surcharge, or amend your order as appropriate. Courier deliveries to these locations may take one additional working day.

Is a signature required on delivery?
A signature is usually required so please ensure that there will be someone who can sign for the package at the delivery address.

In the case of deliveries by Royal Mail, if there is no one to take delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to collect the package from your local sorting office or re-arrange delivery.

For deliveries by courier, if there is no one to take delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to re-arrange delivery. It is your responsibility to contact the courier in a timely manner.

If a package is returned to us because it has not been collected or the courier has not been contacted we will only refund the amount of the order less all packaging and delivery costs. Packages sent by courier will incur both an outward and return delivery charge. The additional charge for a returned package by courier is currently £4.00 + VAT.

What happens if something is out of stock?
If any items are out of stock we will contact you by email to let you know which items are no longer available.

We do not keep out of stock items on back order - if any items are out of stock they will be cancelled from your order. If you wish to re-order an item when it is back in stock you will need to place a new order.

Where will you ship to?
We ship WORLDWIDE. Exact shipping costs will be provided at Check-out point.

What if I need to return something?
Goods can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging with a copy of the delivery note/invoice. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 3 days of receipt and returned within 7 days. These items will be replaced free of charge.

Note that we cannot accept the return of any perishable goods, and any product that includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
